NIVEA Perfect & Radiant 3in1 Micellar Cleansing Water – Rubybox

Hello lovers ❤

Can we please have a moment of silence for Nivea and Rubybox…

Okay, let’s get to it. I swear I’ve never really been a skincare routine kinda girl. My excuse: Fear to try different products on my very sensitive skin, I mean spending money on something that ultimately didn’t work or made my skin worse didn’t make sense for me…oh and ignorance…generally.

Thirty has certainly changed my whole perspective on life and personal care overall. I mentioned in a previous post that returning to my natural hair and care has also affected other areas of my life including skincare. I am now purposefully taking better care of my skin and searching for products that work well with her…you know, she wants that GLOW-UP. It’s a nerve wrecking and an “out of comfort zone” experience but has to be done right? RIGHT! So I use make-up on the daily except for those days when I just want to give my skin a break. I’ve tried several and I mean S-E-V-E-R-A-L ways to remove make – up as well as clarify my skin. After going through a number of drugstore skincare products I’m still far from convinced.

SO, as this is my very first official blog post on a skincare product. I’d like to firstly mention that yes, Rubybox did send me this product for free (and a whole lot more to share with my friends), however the views will be completely my own and I will give an honest opinion of my first impressions of the product…well as soon as I’ve tried it MKAY!

SIDENOTE: I was absolutely thrilled to be given the opportunity to be part of this Nivea campaign courtesy of Rubybox, I mean the Nivea brand has been somewhat part of my skincare for as long as I can remember. I received the products today and I absolutely can’t wait to try out. A full review will be on the blog soon…stay tuned, you sure as hell wouldn’t wanna miss it 😉
